Kids Activity - Building a Geodesic Dome with Gumdrops

Teaching science to kids is fun! Today, we're going to explore how to build a geodesic dome using gumdrops. 

Geodesic domes are strong structures used to build special tents. Notice the type of shapes that it forms when you build it! Let's get started:

Materials you'll need:

  1. A pack of toothpicks

  2. Gumdrops (or any brand of gummies)
